主要職責(zé)/Major Responsibilities :· 庫存融資：負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)銷商與CAPSA指定銀行的關(guān)系Manage the relationship between the dealers and banks officially selected by CAPSA for Wholesale Dealer financing:· 與銀行協(xié)商兩方及三方協(xié)議，及協(xié)議的更新。Negotiate contract and contract (3P and 2P) evolution with Banks · 根據(jù)經(jīng)銷商申請及可用資金情況，統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)銷商在銀行融資額度的啟用。Overview Dealer Credit opening by the Banks from Dealer submission to cash available · 監(jiān)控和預(yù)防經(jīng)銷商風(fēng)險，處理經(jīng)銷商潛在資金問題，保護與銀行的關(guān)系。Monitor and prevent dealer risk, handling dealer potential capital issue and maintain the relationship with banks.· 管理與銀行的信息溝通，保證雙方充分理解對方的情況和業(yè)績。Manage information sharing with the Banks to insure both parties have full understanding on each other situation and performance · 管理銀行池中各銀行的市場份額以平衡CAPSA對于經(jīng)銷商/銀行的風(fēng)險（融資額度續(xù)約，經(jīng)銷商融資申請……）。Manage Bank in pool Marketshare to balance CAPSA Risk of Dealer / Bank failure (Credit Line renewal, Dealers Credit submission, …)· 零售金融：管理與合作銀行的關(guān)系 Manage the relationship with banks partners for Retail finance:· 與銷售部和市場部協(xié)調(diào)，開發(fā)零售金融產(chǎn)品，開展市場活動，基于DS補貼提供為客戶提供好的產(chǎn)品。In coordination with Marketing and Sales, develop Retail offers and campaign that best leverage Customer offer and DS subsidy· 在符合品牌前衛(wèi)定位的基礎(chǔ)上，發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的零售金融解決方案。Develop innovative Retail Finance solutions that can match the Brand Avant Garde positioning · 保證銀行對經(jīng)銷商提供溝通材料和培訓(xùn)支持，最大化零售滲透率。Insure Banks are providing communication material and training support to Dealers to maximize retail finance penetration· 管理CAPSA實施的經(jīng)銷商庫存車輛監(jiān)管項目，實時協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)銷商問題。Manage dealer stock supervision project implemented by CAPSA, coordinate timely issues from dealers?！?經(jīng)銷商破產(chǎn)時，在CAPSA內(nèi)部和銀行間協(xié)調(diào)行動方案，最大降低損失和風(fēng)險水平。In case of Dealer failure, coordinate actions internally (CAPSA) and with the Banks to minimize the loss and risk level監(jiān)控經(jīng)銷商財務(wù)業(yè)績，評估經(jīng)銷商財務(wù)風(fēng)險。Monitor Network financial performance and evaluate Dealer financial risk situation 評估投資人財務(wù)背景（業(yè)績、風(fēng)險），完成評估報告。Evaluate Investor Financial background (performance, risk) for candidate assessment 內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)工作/ Internal coordination task :· 支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展團隊完成投資人商業(yè)計劃評估Support Network Development team in Investors Business Plan appraisal · 為網(wǎng)絡(luò)委員會提供所有必要的經(jīng)銷商財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)Provide all dealer financial data needed for the Dealer Network Committee任職條件/Qualifications:· 教育背景：大學(xué)本科及以上Education : University or equivalent· 英語流利Fluent in English· 財務(wù)資格：證明財務(wù)分析方面成功的經(jīng)驗（盈虧損益、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表）Finance qualification : prove successful experience at Financial analysis (PL, ratio and Balance Sheet)庫存融資和零售經(jīng)營經(jīng)驗可優(yōu)先考慮。Experience in Wholesale / Retail banking is a plus· 中文至少5年相關(guān)財務(wù)和商務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗（汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮）。Minimum 5 years experience in relevant financial and commercial environment (Automotive is a plus)· 熟悉辦公軟件的應(yīng)用Excellent Microsoft Office skills
